They frequently collaborate with clients' in-house teams and with their own interdisciplinary network of accomplices.

EJ is the Creative Director of
Good Energy, a nonprofit story consultancy dedicated to helping Hollywood ignite action and hope amidst the climate crisis. EJ has worked closely with Good Energy since its inception, developing its brand, digital product offerings, and all public-facing visual applications.
Prior to their current roles, EJ honed their craft at IDEO, where they spent five years shaping narratives and fostering empathy for a spectrum of clients, ranging from nonprofit startups to Fortune 50 companies.
EJ's work has appeared in Fast Company, Washington Post, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, and more. They are a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and live in Western Massachusetts.
